Preparing for an IPO – The Journey

This flowchart illustrates the steps involved in preparing for and managing an IPO (Initial Public Offering) process. It begins with analyzing sector positioning and ends with coordinating post-offering roadshows. Key activities include benchmarking investment peer valuations, preparing investor presentations, interviewing key advisors, conducting outreach to analysts, and developing post-IPO strategies such as investor targeting and disclosure policies. Each step outlines a specific aspect of the IPO preparation, from initial research to post-IPO governance and communication plans.

I have retained the Arbor team to work with me at three different companies, most recently to execute the Initial Public Offering for Zeta Global. They were with us from literally the start of our IPO process through the offering and beyond. At a previous company, they helped us implement a proactive IR program, conduct our first ever Analyst Day and also stepped in to manage the program on an outsourced basis during a transition of our internal executive. They have broad and deep strategic expertise, analytical prowess, a commitment to our success and the willingness to roll up their sleeves to make it happen.
